Our aim is to work with the best vegetables from passionate farmers, fish from sustainable fisheries and meat from local producers. With these high-quality products, we hope to entertain our guests with innovative and ethical cuisine. The menu changes daily according to the season and the availability of local produce.
As in our kitchen, with our wines we aim to offer products that are pure and natural. Our wines originate for the most part from small local producers that don't intervene in the cultivation process and work with much care for the grapes and land. Most of our wines are produced in California, but we have a small selection of Mexican and Argentinian wines. Our cellar offers about 300 different labels. Our aim is to offer an exciting, bold wine that is good value for money. Click the button below to see the wine menu. We offer the majority of wines by the glass, but this changes weekly.
We work with set menus. It is not possible to order à la carte.
Every day, we put together a set menu from local products at their best.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate all extensive allergies or dietary restrictions, we can’t cater for people with celiac disease. A vegetarian or vegan menu is possible. Please inform us about your dietary preferences upon reserving a table.
