Check-in/Check-out Policies: Check-In: 3:00pm & Check-Out: 12:00pm

Check in is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, late check-in is possible by letting the manager know.

We solely welcome guests of 16 years old and older.

Cancellation: Cancellations made within 5 to 7 days of check-in will be a charge representing 25% of the reservation, 3 to 5 days 50% of the reservation and 48 hours of check-in is non-refundable. 

Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings must be communicated to our manager and confirmed according to availability.

Liability: Takuma Boutik Hotel is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the stay.

Additional Services: Breakfast is included in the prices and is served from 7.30am to 10.30am. 

Concierge service is available from 9.00am to 4.00pm, free parking and security guard at night are included. 

Additional services such as airport transfers, tours, early breakfast (request 24 hours in advance), or additional meals may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
